People take for granted the importance of posture. Look around you, watch the way people walk, lift weights at the gym, slouch on the couch and garden. It is a symptom waiting to develop. There are natural curves in the spine. To maintain the integrity of those curves you need to maintain good postures when doing various activities.

While it is great to exercise, and stretch the large muscles of the body let’s not neglect those small muscles near the spine that will help to support, stretch and lengthen these muscles.
